This page is intended for users of the application “Pogromcy”, developed by PlayBitsMobile. Here you can request the deletion of your game account and related personal data.

If you wish to delete your registered account in the game, you need to request account deletion by completing and submitting this form:

After that, the following will happen:

• We will process your request within two business days and contact you at the email address you provided.
• We will need to verify your identity before we are able to process your request.
• After successful identification of your account, it will be deleted this way:
  • First, the account will be marked as disabled.
  • The player will be removed from all ratings and cannot be found through search.
  • Account data will be deleted from the current database after 60 days.
  • Data from backups will be deleted after 180 days.

If you wish to delete a game account that is not registered, you do not need to do anything, because all unregistered accounts are deleted automatically after 60 days without use.

As the final step, you should delete the game application from all your devices. This will delete the remaining game data stored locally on those devices.
